What are the requirements to become a Jobber?

To become a Jobber, you must meet the following requirements:
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must work in one of our active cities.
You must agree to our identity verification process. This helps to ensure the security of our platform for all users.
You must be able to issue a fee note or invoice when requested by a client.

How's that working out for taxes?

This applies to everyone individually. As you can read in our requirements, you must be able to issue an invoice or a fee note. Depending on the relationship you are in (student, employee, business, freelance, retired, unemployed), it must then be taxed accordingly.

About our platform runs the pure mediation between the customer and you.

How do I receive orders?

Once the verification of your profile is done, you should define your services in your profile, as well as your field of work. Once this is done, you will appear in the search results for potential clients in your area. The more availability and services you offer, the more often you will appear in the searches.

What does taskhelp cost?

Registration and signup is completely free for you. All money plus tips that you earn through your orders are 100% yours. We offer optional packages that allow you to unlock additional features for your profile. This package will cost around from $4.90 for one month at the beginning.

Where is taskhelp active?

At the launch of the platform, we will be active throughout Austria and Germany. Further expansions are planned.
Expansion for the Americas is planned for 2023.

Do I need experience?

You can choose which categories you want to work in and which of your skills you want to use. For some categories you do not necessarily need previous experience (deliveries, errands, etc.). For other categories (e.g. furniture assembly or home repairs) you should have concrete skills and tools or be able and willing to acquire them.

How do I get paid?

As a jobber, you are responsible for payment. How and when you will be paid should be agreed upon with the client in advance. taskhelp only acts as an intermediary between you and the client.
